Delivery Time: 1 – 2 Working Days
Delivery Charge: BDT 60 – 100 (Depending on product size and location)
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available
Fast Delivery: Same-day delivery available for selected areas (orders confirmed before 12 PM)
🌍 Outside Dhaka
Delivery Time: 2 – 4 Working Days
Delivery Charge: BDT 100 – 150 (Depending on courier and location)
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available in most districts
Courier Services: Delivered via trusted partners like Sundarban Courier, SA Paribahan, etc.

Want to collect your product directly? Choose “In-Store Pickup” during checkout and collect your order from our shop during business hours.

Exchange or Return of Goods
At CSE Gadgets, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
✅ Conditions for Exchange or Return
Return/Exchange Period: Must be requested within 3 days of receiving the product.
Eligible Products:
Products with manufacturing defects.
Items that are damaged during delivery.
Wrong item delivered (wrong model/color/variant).
Non-Returnable Items:
Opened or used products.
Products with broken seals or missing accessories/manuals.
Items marked as "Clearance" or "Final Sale".
Earphones, earbuds, or hygiene-related items once unsealed.

Contact our support team via phone or social media within 3 days.
Share your order number and a photo/video of the issue.
Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
Return the product in original packaging with all accessories.
Upon inspection, a replacement or refund will be issued.
💸 Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed only if the exact product is out of stock or unavailable for replacement.
Refunds will be sent via bKash/Nagad/bank transfer within 5-7 working days.
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
